My name is Eileen Graham. Besides training at Artesc I run a theatre company, coupdeboule, with which I make and perform for children and their parents. This is a different group of people than the people you will present to. But actually, getting and keeping the attention of different kinds of audience isn’t that different at all.
What I like about working at Artesc is meeting people from all over the world and working on exactly the same things. I studied acting at the HKU in Utrecht, where I (among other things) learned to work together and to see what my fellow actors could improve upon. These skills are very valuable and I enjoy using them to make you feel comfortable on stage. It brings such gratification when someone overcomes their obstacles!
It’s quite difficult to discover how to ‘act’ in front of a group of people. Artesc makes this quest easy and also… fun! I am looking forward to explaining what we know and discovering what works best for you.
